MISSION &
VISION
Our mission is to become a visionary force in creating transformative, zero emission products in the HVAC marketplace. It’s all about building innovative, green technologies that are both environmentally sustainable and commercially viable.
Innovation has and always will be the key driver to solving climate change. That’s why we are making products that are a win for business, and a win for the environment. Because when it comes to making this world a better place, green matters.
OUR
VALUES
At the heart of who we are, are the core values of integrity, humility, excellence, respect and encouragement. But it’s more than just five words on a poster. It’s the framework that all of our culture is built upon.
The other two key words for us are mentorship and purpose.
We’re going to do everything we can to develop your skills. That means putting you alongside those who have honed their craft, giving you the opportunity to learn from them. And then knowing the value you bring by being great at what you do.
Because the better you are, the better we all are.
